Let $\lambda\in\mathbb C$ and $G$ be a free subgroup of $\mathbb C$. Denote by $\mathfrak g'(G,\lambda)$ the corresponding (centerless) deformed generalized Heisenberg-Virasoro algebras. In this talk we give the universal central extension of $\mathfrak g'(G,\lambda)$ (called deformed generalized Heisenberg-Virasoro algebra and denote $\mathfrak g(G,\lambda)$), their derivations and their isomorphism classes. Furthermore, for the algebra $\mathfrak g(G,\lambda)$, we define Verma modules and give an irreducibility criterion of these Verma modules.
